We recommend a high-protein, high-fiber to keep you feeling your best. Set your protein goal at 50% of your body weight in grams of protein each day and keep things moving with 25 grams of fiber for females and 35 grams for males. Your body will thank you!

Follow-ups can be done virtually or through a questionnaire on your dashboard/in the app. Don’t worry – you’ll get reminders when you’re almost due! We generally see patients every 3-4 weeks, let us know what works best for you.

Shipping process will begin once you pay for your medication (the invoice will be under “Orders” on your dashboard). Medication will be shipped directly to the address on file. Processing from our pharmacy can take 10-14 days, and you’ll receive your shipping confirmation once it’s en route.
